「設計思考」是一種兼顧使用者需求、科技可行性以及商業 成功要素的創新工具，特別注重挖掘使用者隱藏在表面需要之下的真實需求並為其設計深刻的體驗經驗。本課程將帶領同學實際操作設計思考五大步驟(同理、釐清、發想、原型、驗證)，並在原型與驗證步驟中導入 SCRUM 敏捷方法，讓同學實際體驗迭代設計的力量。
